Description: Join British Weightlifting licensed coach, Marius Hardiman for a short, practical seminar on Olympic Weightlifting.

During this session Marius will take you through the correct technique for the Snatch and Clean + Jerk.

Suitable for both beginners and intermediates,this seminar is ideal for both individuals looking to better themselves in their chosen sport (Olympic lifting can enhance all sports) or those who wish to advance and compete in Olympic weightlifting.

During this workshop you will be introduced to the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
